Order Handling and Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. We cooperate with Posten.no, UPS and DHL to safely and quickly deliver orders to customers worldwide. Delivery times vary between 7 and 14 days. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer upon shipping.
Credit card payments are handled in a secure way by our partner Stripe.
Custom and duty fees
Tiles Workshop-In-a-Bag is shipped from Norway. VAT, taxes, customs fees, import fees or any other fee that may be imposed by your Country and/or customs clearing processors are not included in the amount billed by us. These charges are to be paid by the customer upon import and/or delivery. To estimate these charges see online tools like simplyduty.com, or contact the Customs office of your Country (we are not affiliated with simpleduty.com, nor we can guarantee the accuracy of their estimate).
The customer can return unused Workshop-In-a-Bag within 15 days from the day the order was delivered, the cost of the Workshop-In-a-Bag will be refunded when the parcel will be received at our premises. Shipping expenses for the return shipment are to be covered by the customer. Please contact us to arrange a return.
Personal data and protection privacy
By purchasing a product from us, the customer agrees on its data (name, email and address) to be stored in our database. We need to store your data to be able to fulfill our obligations towards you as our customer, and to communicate with you. Your personal data will not be shared with any third party.
